"If you are looking for real estate agents who will not quit until you have the perfect home, look no further! The team at AARE is who you are looking for. We found them by accident and I'm so thankful that we did. We had worked with another agent who was very nice, but we just didn't feel like a priority because our price range was a bit less than this agent was accustomed to working with. He still showed us a couple of homes but we just didn't feel like he was a match for us. When we started working with AARE, we were seriously shocked by how helpful they were. We thought it was crazy to place an offer if we weren't 100% sure that we wanted the house. She explained that if we think we like the home, it couldn't hurt to place the first offer on it and then back out if we didn't like it. After all, she was the one doing all of the work, it didn't cost us a dime and it would put us first in line. Well, we didn't listen to her advice right away and had many sleepless nights because we missed out on several wonderful opportunities....we finally learned our lesson.
