Ask for your Agents' Checklist

A few weeks ago, when visiting an open house, I watched a prospective buyer refuse to enter the home because she saw a dog crate in the hallway. She had a severe allergy and didn’t want to chance going inside.

Do you have allergies to things like pet hair, tobacco smoke, or perfume? Does someone else in your household have them?

If so, when you contact me to help you find a home in San Diego, I’ll put that information on my list. Then, after we’ve made a list of possibilities, I’ll call each listing agent to make sure that the house doesn’t pose a threat to you.

The size and features of the house are important. Proximity to your workplace and to the business and recreational facilities you frequent is important. But staying healthy is the most important of all.

I know you’ll spot those homes that threaten your health as soon as we open the door. But why should we waste your precious time when we can cross them off the list instead?

My goal is to help make your move to San Diego a pleasant one. So call me today with your list of “needs and wants” and I’ll get to work. By the time you arrive in town, we can have a comprehensive list of homes that offer the features and benefits you want most – in the location you desire.

Just call 858-342-9292 or drop me a note at vip@aare.org. I look forward to beginning your search.

P.S. I’ve put together a brief market report on activity in the San Diego area – you’ll find it enclosed.
