Patricia Montgomery Realtor®
Patricia’s current career as a real estate agent didn’t happen right away after college. Over the years she’s worked in finance as a Business Manager for Montgomery Grading, overseer, accounts payable/receivable, bid packages, and even in human resources. “As an office manager I had to learn to communicate with people, negotiate change orders and manage people.” These skills help Patricia now as she negotiates the best deals for her clients and helps to make sure that buyers are in the best position financially to achieve their dream of homeownership.
In the 90s, during the Great Recession, Patricia and her husband faced a major hardship like so many other Americans. “That’s when I decided I wanted to know more about real estate, so I could help others who might be going through what I had to go through.” Patricia’s husband had always thought she would make a good real estate agent, and time has proven him right.
Patricia attended Mesa College, where she learned the principles of real estate law and economics. She then attended Allied Real Estate School, where she learned more about accounting, real estate law and finance. She’s taken her degrees and certifications and made a name for herself as one of the most popular agents in Spring Valley, Bonita and East County.
Patricia believes in real estate with a personal touch. As a mother of three children, Patricia provided a strong family bond along with her husband. She is an active member of her community, and Director of Nareb as an event planner and as a member of the elections committee. In her spare time, Patricia enjoys backyard barbeques with her husband and children, as well as singing in her local church choir.
