Elizabeth Gebhardt Realtor®

Mother and daughter Elizabeth Gebhardt and Breanna Lira have joined forces to create a dynamic duo in the Riverside and San Diego County real estate market. Each brings something unique to the experience of buying and selling real estate. Elizabeth, or Liz, as her friends call her, began her illustrious career over 23 years ago when she was a single mother to her two cherished daughters. She originally moved to the Temecula area because she discovered it was an idyllic place to raise her children. “I love the sense of community…there are so many community events and things to do,” she enthuses. After being a financial manager at a construction company and ultimately owning her own cabinet company, Liz made the move into real estate. “I wanted a career where I could help others as well as have lots of room to grow and learn. I feel that learning is something we continually do throughout our lives.” Delving into the real estate industry turned out to be a fortuitous change. Liz quickly realized that the organizational skills and management background really helps to manage the mounds of paper- work and transaction complexities in real estate. Her financial acumen has proved beneficial for the clients she serves, too. As a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Liz is especially well equipped to help investors looking for rental properties or houses to fix and flip. Of course, Liz also loves to work with clients of varying needs, including families who are relocating to the area, downsizing or moving up to accommodate growing needs, and first-time home buyers.
Inspired by her mother’s happy and successful career as a Realtor, Breanna Lira was enthusiastic to follow in her footsteps shortly after completing her education in business administration. Utilizing her extensive experience in the customer hospitality industry, Breanna has become adept at anticipating client’s needs and adjusting to many different personality types. “Working in a restaurant, I learned to deal with situations and people delicately and professionally.” Breanna’s education helps her to know how to run a business with the high ethics she and her mother share. “In school I learned a lot about how to run a business…not just professionally, but morally.” After two years as an assistant in real estate and subsequently attaining her Realtor’s designation, Breanna is keen to work side by side her mother as they build and grow their new enterprise together. The two make a great team. Both are avid dog lovers, and both share a special fondness for Doodles, especially! Liz owns Milo, a mini Labradoodle; while Breanna owns Mateo, a Goldendoodle, who will soon be joined by an adopted sister Goldendoodle. In the near future, Breanna hopes to foster other dogs that need temporary homes. These two hard-working and supportive real estate agents have the backbone and know how to help you with your real estate needs. Through dedication and a love of the industry, it’s certain that their new team will be a success.
