With more than a quarter-century of combined experience, both Vanessa and Andrew take a unique approach to cultivating and maintaining lasting relationships with their clients, which has been the hallmark of their business model from the very beginning. Together, they offer their buyers and home sellers a level of service and a commitment to excellence rarely seen in today's bustling marketplace.

Each partner began their careers as Realtors with Rancon Real Estate, and by 2007, with our nation’s worst housing crisis in history at the forefront of the industry’s ongoings, both Dalrymple and Bell were working ahead of the curve, with Bell hosting community workshops and public information forums for homeowners underwater on their loans, but unsure of their options, and Dalrymple securing preferred listing agent vendor working as an REO specialist for a host of major lenders, assisting them by mitigating the number of toxic assets on their balance sheets, which was backing up the housing inventory to a standstill at that time.

In 2012, Vanessa joined Andrew Arroyo Real Estate (AARE) to head up their Carlsbad office. In addition to performing at supremely high volume levels as an agent, Vanessa was also tasked with the duties of recruiting, training and managing all of the incoming AARE agents in accordance with the company's practices, policies and procedures, a code of personal conduct that has grown the company into an industry powerhouse, garnered widespread praise and recognition for their collective integrity and professional handling of all real estate services and has landed them near the very top of The San Diego Business Journal's "Top 150 Fastest Growing Companies in San Diego" (Ranked #6 for 2014 / 2015). Meanwhile Bell remained at Rancon, where he earned the prestigious Platinum President's Club designation each of his first 6 years with the company and was ultimately selected to join the elite 5-member Rancon Builder Group, a team of individuals with more than 100 years of industry experience, responsible for brokering large development deals of entitled and non-entitled land with the region's premier home builders to be used as the footprint for future upscale communities.
