Qualifications to become a licensed Broker include:

Be at least 21 years of age

Been licensed as a salesperson, on active status, for at least three years

Completed a 60 hour Broker Prelicense Course, approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission. Once you have completed the pre-license course, you must pass the school final exam with a grade of 75% or higher. For your convenience, the school exam can usually be administered in your area at a public library.
